Julian Hernandez, 18, was attempting to apply to Brandon Falls College when he discovered he had been missing for 13 years! The teen was reported missing by his mother in Alabama after being abducted by his father.
Julian was only five years old at the time. Julian’s application was delayed because his Social Security Number did not match his name, according to CNN affiliate WVTM. When he and his school counselor tried to figure out why he was on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children database, they discovered he was missing.
